Fall Favorites Roundup
Happy Monday Lovelies!! First, thank you all so much for all of the love and feedback on my last post. You guys are the best! I made sure to squeeze in a little bit of technology free downtime with R this weekend, and it was much needed and so fun. I hope you all had a good weekend and found time to relax! I've been wanting to do a fall favorites round up for a few weeks now, but my camera died this weekend (😭), so I decided to do it a bit sooner! Most of these are nice basics that ended up being great additions to my A/W capsule wardrobe, but there are a few fun things mixed in as well!
Lets start with shoes...
1. Grey Circus by Sam Edelman Booties - These booties are my newest addition to my boots collection, and are probably my favorite at the moment! They have a nice sized heel, but are still very comfy and easy to walk in. They're by designer Sam Edelman, but his 'Circus' line is cheaper/more affordable than his regular one, so it's nice to get the good quality and classic, sleek look of his shoes at a much lower price. I also love how unique the color is! I hadn't seen anything like them, and even after searching online after finding them, only found a few that are kind of similar. I honestly don't know why though, the light grey color is so pretty & versatile! I also like how they have two contrasting materials, microsuede & a reptile print. They come in black & burgundy as well, and are 30% off at a few stores. I loved them so much I bought they black as well, and am trying to resist the burgundy!😅🙈
2. Cognac Ettiene Aigner Boots - These boots are a few years old at this point, and are still going strong! (After getting a zipper & heel replaced! Yes, I love them that much.) I love how they have a slightly equestrian look and interesting detailing. I also really like the color. Cognac is such a pretty fall neutral, it really compliments other fall colors, such as burgundy and olive! And I think it looks especially great as leather accessories. I also have a cognac bag, which I linked in with some other accessories, that the boots match perfectly! These are obviously no longer available, but I linked several similar ones in the shoe product slider.
3. Black Suede Steve Madden D'Orsay Pumps - Words cannot express how much I love these pumps. They are so, so chic and flattering! I'm nearly embarrassed to admit it, but I used to HATE pointy toe shoes, for a good portion of my life, too! Thankfully, I snapped out of my utter silliness and now see how gorgeous, chic, flattering, and timelessly classic they are. And am slightly obsessed. They're honestly my favorite way to dress up any outfit! As crazy as it seems, I didn't own any pointy toe pumps up until this year, and up until last week, I didn't have any black ones! I don't know how I went so long without a good pair of black pumps. I love the D'Orsay cut, especially for pumps, and the fact that these are also a microsuede material & I got them for less than half price make them basically my dream come true black pump.😍
4.Bordeaux Velvet Sam Edelman Pumps - I could not write list of my favorite fall shoes, or even of my favorites shoes in general, without mentioning these. They're just so gorgeous! The color combined with the velvet looks so luxurious! Not only are they a great fall shoe, they'll be perfect for wearing to Christmas events and parties!
5. Grey Steve Madden Loafer Slides - It's no secret that loafers and loftier slides have become a huge trend! The iconic Gucci ones are all over Instagram and fashion blogs, and have inspired many look-alikes. Steve Madden has a few great dupes that are comfy and gorgeous. I picked up this pair in grey several months back and love them! They're so comfy, and they keep your feet surprisingly warm! They're such a great way to look polished and professional without wearing heels.
