The Loveliest Summer Dresses & Some Exciting News
Happy Tuesday! I'm so excited to be finally back to posting more than once a week! I missed creating content as regularly for you guys and couldn't be more excited to do so more often! Especially because I'll actually have more time now! I'm actually really excited about why... I'm quitting my job! To clarify, I'm not quitting teaching entirely. I'll still be teaching part time, but I will only be teaching privately and will have two more days each week to focus on blogging! I couldn't be more thrilled and grateful!
The schedule change will happen in early August, and I'm so excited to have more time then. Although, I also know that whenever I think 'I'll have more time them', I somehow always seem to be wrong and much busier than expected. But I'm hoping the extra days home and working on getting up earlier and managing my time better will result in much more content for you guys, and hopefully more time for sleep, Ross, and travel! I'm planning on turning our office into a lovely space for me to work on my days at home (it's somehow, and rather unfortunately, turned into more of a storage space at the moment, which is killing me. I hate clutter), so I will definitely try to share some of the decor and inspiration with you guys while I do that!
But enough chatting for now... I am so thrilled to be partnering with NAKD Fashion to share with you some gorgeous summer dresses! Technically I'm only partnering with them on IG, but I loved the dresses I found so much, I decided to do a whole roundup here on the blog.
The dress I'm wearing in this post has quickly become my favourite dress I own! It's so lovely and so flattering. I absolutely love the cutout flowers and how elegant they look over the nude slip underneath. The dress comes in several more styles and variations, and I almost got it in all nude as well! The all nude is so different in such a fashion-forward way. I'm still thinking about getting it... But I'm a black-lover, and couldn't resist how luxurious this looked in the black. The best part is that while many of the NAKD brand items look expensive, they aren't. Exactly how I like it! This dress and almost all of the others I linked are under $100!
I only linked my favorites of the NAKD lines, but they also carry some of my other favourite brands (like For Love & Lemons and Free People), so be sure to check them out and use code 'laurelle20' for 20% off your order!
