Spring Style — The Piece You Need in Your Wardrobe

Happy Monday loves! Who else is literally itching to start wearing all of the spring things!? I've been bummed we've had so many cold days, and even a few snowy ones, recently! But it seems like things are slowly but surely warming up! I've been starting to wear some of my spring finds despite the cold, because I'm just in the spirit lately, even without the weather always acting like it! Lately, I've been reaching more and more for jumpsuits. They're literally amazing:

-They're so easy - minimal outfit planning required!

-That also means they're most often cheaper than buying an outfit that requires 2 or more pieces.

-They're not as dressy, feminine or ordinary as most dresses.

-They are however, incredibly chic and statement! The compliments will almost guaranteed be flooding in when you wear one!

-They're perfect for nearly every occasion.

-They can be super flattering: choose a good one for your body type and you'll have your waist slimmed and give yourself a few extra inches.

-And they can work great for every body type!

-They're usually pretty comfortable and you don't have to worry about how you sit.

I used be a bit intimidated by them, but after I tried one on and saw that it not only worked for me (being a shortie, I was a bit concerned), but I felt amazing in it, I was sold. Plus you have all of the other perks I just mentioned! As much as I love fashion and style, I also really love only having to worry about matching shoes and a bag some days! And while you have that benefit with dresses (which I love and even picked up a few ones I love for this season), they will never be as statement and chic as my jumpsuits. There is just no comparison.

Any of you agree with me and also becoming more and more obsessed with jumpsuits?? If not, why haven't you given them a go yet? I'm thinking of doing a post on how to wear/style jumpsuits, so I'll try to tackle any reservations you have about them in that!

I linked the one I'm wearing here, which I'm so in love with! (altho it needed an iron to steaming before I wore it, which I completely forgot to do!) It screams spring, is super flattering, and is so statement. I also love that it's yellow - I don't wear color to often, but it's a soft yellow that I absolutely love! It's the perfect, adorable piece to wear to a lunch, picnic, or just about any other spring activity!
