Summer Style — The Little White Dress

Happy Monday loves! Who else took full advantage of the glorious weather this weekend? What a nice break from the mid-summer heat waves! Ross and I adventured, ate, and shot around Philly. We missed our little floof, but enjoyed getting away for a bit and having photoshoots be sooo much easier with a home-base within walking distance! Getting changed in the car in the summer is noooo fun. I wish we could have a hotel every weekend!

This summer, Ross and I are trying to spend more time together and go on more dates. And I'm trying to get dressed up for them whenever possible! It can be so easy to let the little things slide like that during marriage, but I'm a firm believe that the little things count. We're also working on praying together, working out together and watching shows together more!

We all know what a staple the LBD is (little black dress, for those new to the acronym!), especially for dates. Year round, it never looks out of place and always looks classy! But during summer, I also love it's lighter friend, the LWD... possibly more than the LBD. We all know how glorious white can make a golden summer tan look, so I'm finding myself reaching for more and more white, especially in dress form.
