Happy Wednesday Lovelies!
You might have noticed I'm a bit off my posting schedule this week, due to having a crazy weekend! Between work, the concert, and a fun staycation in Philly, I wasn't able to get up Monday's normal style diary post. But I probably won't be following my normal MWF schedule till we get into December, as I'm hoping to post a good bit next week with Black Friday and all the sales! I am going to do my best to keep you up to date on the top sales and picks from the sales as they are revealed! So stay tuned! :)
Today I want to share this outfit and some photos from the weekend with you. I was so happy to be at the premier of a new line by NINObrand, which they did in collaboration with the Kimpton Palomar Hotel. The line was created with the hotel's aesthetic and guests in mind and is sold there exclusively! Guests can simply ring the concierge and the line will be brought up to their room, and any purchases added to their tab. The pieces are highly functional, perfect for someone traveling, without sacrificing aesthetic; as they're waterproof, wrinkle resistant, and easily packable. I though the idea was genius and had a wonderful time seeing all of the designs, as well as meeting some fellow bloggers and the lovely collection designer, Bella Shehu.
It was also wonderful to be staying at the Palomar again... I completely forgot until Ross reminded me, but that was where we stayed on our wedding night, before flying out for our honeymoon the next morning! The hotel is gorgeous and cozy inside, with a fireplace in the lobby and art everywhere. They also have wonderful amenities, such fresh lemon water always available, a complimentary happy hour, with wine and truffle popcorn in the evening, and a complementary coffee bar in the morning. They're located close to Rittenhouse Square, the hotspot for great shopping and delicious eats in Philly. They also are wonderful about supporting local businesses through their Shop Like a Local collaborations, such as this one with NINObrand. If you're looking to stay in Philly, definitely check them out!
We had a wonderful time running around Philly before the event on Sunday and on Monday morning, spending time with friends and getting some of our favorite eats from around the city. I wore this outfit all day Sunday, and it was so perfect for a day out on the town, as it was incredibly comfortable, yet polished. This exact one isn't available anymore, but I linked two identical dupes; one on sale in multiple colors, and one cashmere version if you're looking to splurge! I'm also still enjoying these OTK boots; I think they look amazing on white jeans! They're also really comfortable, making them a great stylish boot when you have to do a lot of walking! I also splurged a little and got this Zac Posen bag on sale and am loving it!! It's such great quality and is incredibly roomy! And I love the color, especially since it's a neutral I don't have a lot of. As always, everything is linked at the bottom of the post.
