Style Diary — Feminine Dressy

Happy Tuesday!

I hope you're all having a great week so far!  A-line skirts have been quite popular lately, and I fell in love when I saw this one on clearance at LOFT back this spring!  It's such a lovely creme color, with the perfect lace detailing at the bottom to make it feminine and a bit more dressy.  I paired it with a flowy black blouse and some cute, yet reasonably high and comfortable heels.  I wore it for a performance I had in Philly Sunday evening, which it was dressy enough for, yet comfortable enough to spend the rest of the evening walking around Rittenhouse Square and eating out with family.

This is such an easy look to recreate, and you can do it in a variety of color combinations.  It's also one of those outfits you can easily wear in the spring, summer, or fall!  While the skirt and top are no longer available, I found and linked some similar ones.  One of the skirts even has tassels; which are so fun and have been popping up on almost everything lately!
