Happy Saturday guys! So this post is coming to you a day later than planned... I had a whole post written up on a specific topic, but I also wanted talk about this dress & sweater dresses in this post and I felt was just too much for one post. So, keep an eye out for my next post; I'm excited to share it with you and hope that the content is very helpful!

For now, let's talk about how fall weather finally arrived and we can finally wear sweaters! I was struggling with feeling like it was actually fall the past few weeks, and consequently wanting to do & wear all the fall-related things I was so excited about a few weeks ago. But I am finally ready for wearing boots, eating soup, and burning pumpkin-scented candles! I'm actually on the hunt for some good ones, and will share any I find with you guys!

This year, I'm getting really excited about sweater dresses! I wanted one last year, but got so caught up finding great sweaters, that I never did find a sweater dress that I loved. This year, I'm finding so many cute ones! This pink one is the first I've picked up and it's just the loveliest. It's really soft and snuggly, is the perfect length, and has balloon sleeves, keeping it in line with the 'big sleeves' trend going on right now. I also really love the unique color of it! It's warm, so it's perfect for fall, but it's not a color that will blend in with what everyone else is wearing!

It also comes in grey, which I was going to order until I saw that it was sold out. I tried ordering the next size up, so we shall see if I can make it work or if it's too big! I found that the sizing for the dress was different from how Topshop's clothing normally runs. I usually have to order up a size or two, however this dress was pretty true to my normal size, if not a tad big. It's meant to look a bit oversized tough, so I may just be able to get away with it!

I've worn this dress with both pumps and boots, and find it works great with both! I also anticipate wearing it with tights underneath as the temperatures drop. I love how versatile sweater dresses are! For this look, I paired it with my Red Valentino pumps, which I love! I wore them all around NYC during fashion week, and they're still in great shape! I love the little gold stars and secretly want to get this bag or this bag to match them!

I also paired it with this adorable nano tote I just received from Strathberry. I'm obsessed with their bags and can't get over how beautiful they are in photos and in person! The quality is amazing as well. I love how they have bags with two or three complimentary colors mixed together. I find it adds so much more dimension than a solid-colored bag! They also have a new shearling line that just launched for winter. Definitely worth checking out!
